Fenc Fiji is a non-political, not-for-profit, cause-oriented, voluntary organisation with a mission to provide education and related support to the under priviledged children of the Fiji Islands.

Accountability & Performance

Accountability

Fenc Fiji will seek excellence in regard to quality and standards of its service delivery; practice sound governance, and transparency and full disclosure to all its stakeholders.

Fenc Fiji’s Board of Trustees, the Support Secretariat, and various Fenc Fiji Committees will ensure both efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

All involved are totally committed to making Fenc Fiji a leading, cause-oriented, not-for-profit Foundation that is trusted for accountability, performance, transparency and good governance.

We will, as required by the Board of Trustees under its policy, ensure:-

all funds are directed to the cause objectives and purposes;
of the funding contributions received, costs for administration and operations will be kept to the bare minimum and will be capped;
Maintain high quality and standards of delivery of services to the needy and report to all its stakeholders, through on-going monitoring and compliance management and internal controls; and
Fenc Fiji operations will be independently audited by Chartered Accountants G. Lal & Co.

PERFORMANCE

Apart from independent audits, Fenc Fiji will maintain highest standards of performance and controls through its internal performance management and controls for its service standards and service delivery. The Fenc Fiji Compliance and Monitoring Committee (CMC) will report to the Board of Trustees on accountability and performance issues.

Fenc Fiji will provide Web news and up to date reports as well as quarterly performance and independently audited annual reports.
